Position Description:    

Seeking self funded research scholar to study how colorectal cancer cells undergo metabolic and epigenetic reprogramming when they metastasize from the colon to the liver. Also, the successful candidate will perform metabolomics and ATAC-seq profiling of primary and metastatic colorectal cancer, and identify altered metabolic pathways and regulatory elements. They will also perform mechanistic studies by expressing and silencing the involved pathways and genes. Educational requirement: Bachelors Degree
