Assistant Professor of Mathematics Full-Time, Non-Tenure Track Natural and Computational Sciences Benedictine University at Springfield is a newly formed branch campus of Benedictine University. Our main focus is a teaching institution. Classification: Benefit-Eligible Duties: This position consists of a twelve hour teaching load/semester, serving on three campus committees, and six office hours per week. Benedictine University at Springfield Mathematics: Assistant Professor. The Natural and Computational Science Division at Benedictine University at Springfield invites applications for a full-time mathematics faculty position. Responsibilities include teaching mathematics courses, possibly to include, Mathematics for Elementary Teachers, Statistics, Developmental Math, Intermediate Algebra, College Algebra, Trigonometry, Calculus or other math courses. Qualifications: Candidates must have a Ph.D. in mathematics or mathematics education (Ed. D) and must have permanent legal authorization to work in the U.S.A. The appointment begins August 1st, 2012.
