| 20th Century U.S. History: The History Department at Colgate seeks a one year visiting assistant professor in 20th century U.S. history specializing in intellectual/cultural or environmental history to begin teaching in the fall of 2012. Completion of Ph.D. is expected prior to or shortly after the date of hire. The successful candidate will teach five (5) courses a year, including survey and upper division courses in 20th century intellectual/cultural history or environmental history and courses in the Liberal Arts Core Curriculum.
