|POSITION: Visiting Assistant Professor of Linguistics, University of Oregon
CONTRACT DATE: September 16, 2012 through June 15, 2013.
RANK AND SALARY: Fixed-term appointment at the rank of Visiting Assistant Professor. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications.
DUTIES: Primary responsibilities are to teach five courses, to both graduates and undergraduates. Demonstrated ability to teach Phonetics, Experimental Methods, and Second Language Acquisition at both graduate and undergraduate levels. The successful candidate will have the ability to work effectively with faculty, staff, and students from a variety of diverse backgrounds.
QUALIFICATIONS: Ph.D. in Linguistics or Applied Linguistics is required by September 16, 2012; prior teaching experience.
