The Particle Physics group at Nanjing Normal University expects to appoint 1-2 postdoctoral researchers for a fixed term 2-year position to start in September 2022. The postdoctoral researchers will work on beyond the standard model phenomenology broadly defined, including collider physics, dark matter, Higgs physics, precision calculations, phase transitions, gravitational wave predictions and electroweak baryogenesis.

The successful candidate will be expected to conduct internationally outstanding research, and form local and international collaborations, including with existing group members Prof. Peter Athron, Prof. Lei Wu and A/Prof. Andrew Fowlie. The particle physics group also includes experts on heavy flavour physics, QCD and hadronic physics, as well as experimentalists working on CMS, Belle-II and BES-III. More details can be found at our group page here.
