The Lab of Dr. Kirsten Wickelgren in the department of Mathematic at Duke University has an opening for an Associate in Research in unstable Euler classes and A1-enumerative geometry.
A 12-month Temporary Associate in Research position in unstable Euler classes and A1-enumerative geometry is available in the lab of Dr. Kirsten Wickelgren at Duke University. Our current research focuses on how this instability provides an opportunity for a Euler number for line bundles in a larger group than GW(k).
Applicants must have a strong background in algebraic topology.
