Applicants are invited for research positions in high-energy theory (including but not restricted to particle physics, particle astrophysics, quantum gravity, quantum field theory, and string theory) at Harvard University, to begin in academic year 2023 – 2024. The appointment would be at the rank of Postdoctoral Fellow. The initial appointment is for one year at a time with renewal for a second and third year contingent upon continued funding and research collaboration.
Applications should be submitted through AcademicJobsOnline at http://academicjobsonline.org/ajo and consist of a letter of application, CV, and research statement. Also required are three letters of recommendation from senior scientists who know your work. These scientists should be encouraged to submit their letters through AcademicJobsOnline. However, we will also accept letters of support through traditional mail sent to the Center for the Fundamental Laws of Nature, Harvard University Physics Department, 17 Oxford Street, Cambridge, MA 02138, USA. We expect a committee to consider the applications and make offers in late 2022 and early 2023. To be sure of having your application considered, all materials should be received by December 5, 2022.
