Position Description:

Candidates are sought for a post-doctoral position, working in the area of microplastics, environmental modeling and life cycle analysis. Specific responsibilities include coordinating the activities of the Wiesner lab at Duke, helping to coordinate international research collaborations and in the organization of Duke-based initiatives related to sustainable materials and public sector innovation.

Candidates should have a doctoral degree in environmental chemistry, environmental engineering, or a related field. In addition to a background in laboratory experimentation, knowledge of program languages R and Python is highly desirable. Fluency in English is required and additional fluency in either French or German is desirable.
