Applicants with a broad range of expertise and experience are sought, with particular emphasis on mechanical engineering design and mechatronics. Applicants with industry background are particularly encouraged to apply. Applicants should have an earned doctorate in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or a related field. By the time of hiring, candidates are expected to have had some teaching experience. The ideal candidate will have commitment, passion, and excellence in teaching in a collegial, collaborative community.
