| The SLAC HEP Theory Group expects to make several Research Associate postdoctoral appointments, for 3-year terms beginning October 1, 2011. The senior members of our group are: Stan Brodsky, Lance Dixon, Shamit Kachru, JoAnne Hewett, Michael Peskin, Eva Silverstein, Tom Rizzo, Jay Wacker and Marvin Weinstein. The interests of our group cover all areas of quantum field theory, string theory, and particle physics.
We have strong ties to experimental groups interested in hadron and lepton collider physics and particle astrophysics, and to theoretical groups at Stanford University and at the Kavli Institute for Particle Astrophysics and Cosmology. Applications should include CV, a statement of research interests, a publication list and the names of three senior physicists who will provide letters of recommendation.
